2025 DCTF RISING Hot 100 (LINK)
There were not a lot of huge shifts, but three players have earned four-star status based on their play in the TXHSFB postseason, the UA All-America Game or the Navy All-American Bowl.
WR Quentin Gibson (North Crowley): The Colorado signee had a remarkable senior season, collecting MaxPreps Player of the Year honors after collecting 2,009 yards and 36 touchdowns while helping to lead North Crowley to the 6A Division I state title.
LB Kaleb Burns (Cy-Falls): Already known for his explosive first step and blitzing ability, he's now a well-rounded linebacker with coverage skills and sideline-to-sideline ability. Burns was noted for a strong performance at the UA All-America Game. Burns inked with Baylor.
WR Jalen Cooper (Cibolo Steele): Cooper capped off a remarkable Texas high school football career with another strong season, collecting 1,271 yards and 22 total touchdowns. The SMU signee then collected two catches for 128 yards and a TD in the Navy All-American Bowl.
